Fall League Teams
Registration is now closed. Please PayPal if you haven't already. And print off waiver and bring it signed to first games.
Games will start 4:30pm on Sept 16th. Full Schedule here.
To register, follow these steps;
1) Fill out google form to complete registration.
2) Use Paypal, (or mail check) to pay league fee. You must pay before your registration is considered complete. Please send a 'note to seller' to let me know whom the payment is for. Paypal will give you a link to return you to this page after you complete your payment. If you can't pay via paypal or credit card, just mail a check. Checks should be made payable to 'KSU Ultimate'. I'll accept checks (only) by mail this year. 2205 McDowell Ave, Man, KS 66502).
3)Print the waiver form and bring signed waiver to 1st game.
